How to Make a Warranty Claim
Document the Issue
Take clear photos of the defect from multiple angles. Include photos showing the overall item and close-ups of the specific problem area.

Evaluation
Our team will review your claim within 2 business days. We may ask for additional photos or information to better understand the issue.
Resolution
If covered under warranty, we'll either repair the item or create a replacement. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the item to us.
Return or Replacement
Repaired items are returned within 2-3 weeks. Replacements are crafted fresh and typically take 2-4 weeks depending on the item complexity.
Maintaining Your Warranty
To keep your warranty valid and extend the life of your wooden items:
Do:
- Follow our care instructions
- Oil cutting boards regularly
- Store in appropriate conditions
- Clean gently with mild soap
Don't:
- Put wooden items in dishwasher
- Soak in water or leave wet
- Expose to extreme temperatures
- Use harsh chemicals or cleaners
